CLIMB AND MAINTAIN (altitude), TURN (right or left)
HEADING (degrees)/FLY RUNWAY HEADING;
or
MAINTAIN VFR, CONTACT TOWER;
or
(other instructions as proper).

j. Tower Clearance
(1) When an aircraft is on final approach to an airport served by a
tower, get the proper clearance (land, make low approach, touch and go,
and stop and go). Issue the surface wind with the clearance.
Phraseology: WIND THREE SIX ZERO AT ONE ZERO, CLEARED TO LAND.
