and assigned to one individual, C2 shall be entered under these
positions.
Shift A shall be the first shift of the day; Shift B
shall be the second shift of the day; Shift C shall be the third
shift of day.
Facilities that do not normally operate on weekends
and holidays shall use Shift D.
f. Block 6, TDA AUTHORIZATION (BY MOS).
Enter controller and
maintenance ATC personnel by MOS (military and civilian).
Follow
this with the authorized total and on-hand total.
EXAMPLES: 93C-5/4, 2152-2/2, 93D-2/1, or 0856-1/2.
Do
NOT differentiate skill level.
g. Block 7, TOE AUTHORIZATIONS (BY MOS).
Enter the totals in the
same manner as in (f) above.
h. Block 8, AIRCRAFT ACTIVITY (BY SHIFT).
The total aircraft
activity for each shift shall be entered in this block. Tactical ATC
exercise aircraft activity shall be reported in this block by shift
only.
i. Block 9, REMARKS.
This block shall be used to explain any
entry in Blocks 1 through 8. Tactical units enter the exercise name
and the participation date.
j. Block 10, PERSONNEL.
Enter alphabetically by facility or
section all assigned military and civilian ATC warrant officer,
controller, and maintenance personnel. Complete the remaining parts
of Block 10.
k. Block 11, MONTHLY TRAFFIC RECORD.
Tactical ATC units shall
report exercise aircraft activity by shift in Block 8 only.
Fixed-
base counting criteria shall be used. In addition to the information
entered in Block 8, fixed-base ATC facilities shall maintain a
monthly traffic count in the following categories:
(1) Tower.
Instrument flight rule (IFR) and visual flight
rule (VFR) movements.
(2) Army radar approach control (ARAC)(not including final).
IFR and VFR.
(3) Ground controlled approach (GCA).
Radar vector (pattern).
(4) GCA/ARAC.
Final
