OVERVIEW
TASK DESCRIPTION
In this lesson, as a training supervisor, you will learn to conduct
facility training.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE
TASK:
Describe the facility qualification training program,
and implement the program to include all forms and
records.
CONDITION:
While serving as the air traffic control (ATC) facility
training supervisor and given a preselected situation,
forms, and records.
STANDARD:
According to AR 95-2 and TC 95-93, the training
supervisor must conduct training to qualify all newly
assigned personnel within the time limits prescribed in
AR 95-2.

INTRODUCTION
Qualification training is the ATC training provided by the facility
to prepare an individual to become facility rated. This training is
mandatory for all newly assigned ATC personnel regardless of rank,
previous experience, or duty position.

qualification training can be found in the Table (AR 95-2, Table 4-
1).
