(b) Leaving aircraft or missed approach on the same or another runway that passes through
or over the area.
(2) In addition to (1) above, when conditions reported are a ceiling less than 200 feet, an RVR
2,000 feet or less, or both, do NOT authorize vehicle or aircraft operations in or over the area when an
arriving aircraft is inside the ILS middle marker (MM).
d. Glide Slope or Localizer Critical Area Advisories.
When conditions are such that vehicle or aircraft restrictions in or over the areas are not required
and an arriving aircraft advises the tower it will operate "coupled" or "autoland" or uses a similar phrase,
promptly issue an advisory if a vehicle or aircraft will be in or over an area when the arriving aircraft is
inside the ILS MM (Figure 1-7).

COORDINATE ACTIONS WITH LOCAL CONTROLLER
Local and ground controllers shall exchange information as necessary for the safe and efficient
use of airport movement areas. This may be accomplished by using verbal means, flight
