c.
C--speed 121 knots or more, but less than 141 knots.
d.
D--speed 141 knots or more, but less than 166 knots.
e.
E--speed 166 knots or more.
NOTE: Since cargo or passenger weight directly impacts on minimum
allowable speeds, the pilot is responsible for establishing the category.
